🌊 Our Kindergarten students are having a whale of a time learning about oceans! They learned all about the life cycle of a sea turtle, practiced following directions & number sense with a sea horse coloring activity, & are learning the names & locations of all 5 oceans. ⚽️ Coach Rivera's JV co-ed soccer team opened their season on Mother’s Day with a 10-3 victory over St. Amelia’s. Despite extremely muddy field conditions, SMS played hard from start to finish! Every player contributed to the team win, leading the offense were Luca P. & Dawitt T. with 3 goals each, while Nico C. & Caleb G. each added 2 goals.

Defensively, SMS was anchored by Elise M., Ben W., Elliott T., & Cora H., helping hold St. Amelia’s scoreless in the first half. The midfield also played a major role, led by Elyse R., Ronald H., and Caleb G. Nico C. & Elliott T. were stellar on goal.

Overall, it was an outstanding team effort, with SMS displaying tremendous teamwork, determination, & sportsmanship throughout the match. Go Bees!
