St. Mary’s Swormville Parish Reopening Information

Welcome Back and Welcome Home!

We are so very grateful to be able to announce the reopening of our beloved parish! We look forward to celebrating Mass with you!

Please note that Mass times are changing on Sunday, in an effort to accomodate for a more controlled process of entry and exit from the church that respects social distancing, and the use of ushers to seat our parishioners.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. ( The church will be open for private prayer Monday- Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.)

Saturday- 4:00 p.m.*

Sunday- 7:30 a.m.*, 9:30 a.m.*, 11:30 a.m.*

All Masses are in the church. Effective 6/29/20, the chapel will be closed.

* At this time, once each Mass is filled to recommended capacity based on Department of Health guidelines, we will not able to facilitate Mass overflow into the gym.

Please  review (download and print if you would like), the attached pdf document that shares many details of our Mass Reopening Guidelines, prior to your attending Mass in the church.

Welcome Back! Mass Attendance Guidelines

As our campus reopens to visitors, SAFETY GUIDELINES have been established. Prior to attending any activity on the St. Mary’s Campus, please read and observe the safety guidelines of the document below. It may also be downloaded and printed if you prefer.

St. Mary’s Safety Guidelines for Campus Activities

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, our Parish Center plans to reopen to ministry, and group activities no sooner than October 15, 2020. As we approach this date, the Parish Reopening Task Force will meet to review the Department of Health, CDC and Diocesan Guidelines for updated safety recommendations on small group gatherings. Please stay tuned to our website, bulletin and the St. Mary’s Sunday Newsletter for further information.

The Rectory staff is available to assist Parishioners Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.

Rectory NON-ENTRY Options Preferred.

A CORRESPONDENCE FILE POCKET found on the Side Main Door above the Mail Slot is where individually ID’d non-confidential materials will be placed for pick up at any time.

MAIL SLOT found directly beneath the File Pocket is where parishioners can securely drop off offerings or other correspondence any time at the Rectory.

MASS INTENTIONS can be arranged by phone or email to be either mailed out or picked up as described above.
