Family Faith Workshops Sign-Up
Families and Faith Sharing Teams are invited to join one or more of our Family Faith Workshops.
* These workshops are designed for children in Grades 1 – 5, however, your entire family is welcome!
* One of our veteran catechists will lead a lesson with a fun activity or craft to compliment each topic.
* Each workshop that you attend will fulfill the corresponding lesson/topic on your checklist sheet.
When signing up, please note the following:
- Quantity = one family per slot
- In comments section please indicate the last name of family followed by the first names of each member attending. Example: Smith (Joe, Mary, Larry and Ann).
* Please be advised that each sign up date will close two days prior to the date of the workshop. You may contact the Faith Formation Office with a last minute request to join a workshop or to cancel your sign up. We will try to accommodate your request. (716) 688-0599
