Live!

  • The Joyful Mysteries remind us to be glad for all the good things we have in life. Parents, share with your children good memories and experiences from your childhood and from theirs.
  • Parents, consider praying a decade (10 beads) of the rosary with your children to remind us of the joyful events of Jesus’ life. Note: For younger children, consider praying 3 Hail Mary’s instead of a whole decade.
  • Parents, these words and phrase remind us of the Joyful Mystery: Humility, Love of Neighbor, Obedience, Joy. Choose one and discuss how it relates to your family’s life.

Pray!

End your lesson with prayer –
  • Begin prayer with the Sign of the Cross
  • As a family say, the Act of Faith (CCB pg. 1996)
  • End prayer with the Sign of the Cross
